In 2018, along with two business partners, Celeste launched slow travel and living platform Life Unhurried and in 2020 added the curated accommodation directory, Slow Stays – the official edit of the world's best slow and sustainable accommodation. Their hardcover coffee table book, Life Unhurried, was published by Hardie Grant in Sep 2022.
She is currently working on her second book.
